As promised is a debt, here is the first chapter of the Series "Seville, where the olives come from."

In this series, the origin of table olives, the harvesting by hand, the Sevillian-style cooking, the dressing, packaging and all the tradition and reputation of this sector, as well as its contribution to health, is revealed.

Series promoted by the Regulatory Council of the Manzanilla and Gordal PGI of Seville and supported by the Territorial Delegation of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Sustainable Development of the Junta de Andalucía in Seville.
