The Cooperativa Virgen de Loreto currently has a processing capacity of more than 5 million kilos of olives per season, for which it has the following elements, machinery and facilities:
- Weighing scale (40 Tm).
- Line of reception, cleaning, selection of purple and pre-sorted.
- Cookers (up to 400,000 kg / day).
- Caustic, brine and water tank.
- Systems for the reuse of bleaches and washing waters.
- Storage in fermenters (501-10,000kg)
